This year, we had good weather for our show on Saturday. In spite of the intense heat and lack of rain this summer,we still had an excellent turnout. The judges again commented on the quality of the exhibits, with the exception of runner beans! which very few members have had success with this year.
Our thanks to all those members who participated and to those who stayed behind and helped us clear up and put away all the chairs and tables. Our thanks also go to Penn & Tylers Green Evening W.I who provided the lovely teas and cakes.
