Composts Bark & Grit

Our composts are still much cheaper than you can buy them elsewhere. Our 150L bags of Strulch are cheaper than 100L bags on sale in a garden centre. It is reputed to deter slugs and snails which is ideal if you are a dahlia or chrysanthemum grower. In fact, Strulch is primarily a mulch and feed addition to the garden, and therefore will suppress some of the common weeds (though not those with deep roots such as dandelion and burdock).

Strulch is manufactured in Britain, entirely from locally sourced quality wheat straw with added iron minerals. For use on borders, raised beds, around cultivated fruit and on vegetable plots.
